This is my son Carter's first year to play youth football. He may have a lot of practice to go on running plays, but he has his game face down pat!

Sox
At 15 years old he continues to melt my heart, enjoy walks to the lake, still rolls over for his treats, and protects me and my family. His unconditional love is like no other....he is my best friend! Although he is an old man, he is still my "cute baby!"

Orphaned baby deer
This picture was taken at the Mississippi Wildlife Rehabilitation center in Lake Cormorant, MS. Each year hundreds of wildlife are injured or orphaned. The Mississippi Wildlife Rehabilitation Center cares for these animals, and releases them back into the wild. The Director, Valery Smith, has over thirty years' experience in wildlife rehabilitation. A truly amazing place with amazing people!

This little baby is one of 4 turtles that hatched today. We have been awaiting there arrival for over 2 months! oh so precious!
