Makes you wonder where the scorpion went. Great close up.

What a great photograph. BUT, I would appreciate knowing how you did it. How long was your wait for everything to get just right, including the the frog's eye and the reflection in the water. It really is a nice photo.

I saw this frog in the concrete water pond at the Botanical Garden one day while out there taking pictures. He wasn't too scared of people it seemed, because he didn't move too much when I was taking shots of him. I took about two or three shots when I first saw him and when I realize he wasn't too scared I switched to a 300MM lens. I didn't have a tripod so I used the concrete on the side of the pond to lay my camera on. After I got set up, I just waited on the frog. I already knew what shot I wanted. As I waited, he would be under the water and slowly stick his head up and then go back under. I was there for about 45 minutes and got quite a few shots, but this one was the best. Thanks for the nice comments.

Wonderful shot, and also great patience, as one needs particularly in wildlife photography. GREAT!!
